The SS Engineers Admin Panel is a centralized management platform designed to manage end-to-end industrial service and field operations. It enables administrators to manage customers, service providers, service requests, job assignments, quotations, invoices, offers and support activities from a single dashboard. Administrators can monitor business activities through dashboards, manage customer and back-office users, verify service provider registrations, review documents and skill assessments, and approve or reject provider profiles. The platform also allows admins to create and manage service requests, assign jobs to service providers, track job statuses, handle disputes, manage service quotations, estimates and invoices, and monitor completed and pending jobs.
