Matrix Structure & Completions
A normal Board Plan is a 2X2, meaning every affiliate can sponsor two new recruits, thus bringing in a maximum of six participants filling a full board two levels deep. The commission here is paid when the board gets filled. It refers to a condition in which all positions in the matrix are filled.
Earnings per Cycle
Once a board is complete, that is, six people in total, the round is over and the participants receive a commission. How much this is depends solely on what pay structure the company uses, but a prevalent commission payment is a flat amount for each fully filled board.
